Hey, if you need any help customizing it, or if you'd like me to make you a blog banner, let me know. I know how it can be to learn from your DH (I try to avoid that whenever possible...LOL).
You really need to learn digiscrapping. That way you could still scrap and save tons of money. Besides, I know your DH has Photoshop, right? It's SO much fun!
BTW...what gave you the idea I'm looking for a new house? Which layout did you read?
